    We offer buyer and seller representation for both commercial and residential real estate. Our website provides access to local listings from CWTAR MLS and TVAR MLS, information about regional communities, and details about our agents.

    Our services are not available to minors (individuals under 18 years of age). By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
  • Website Use
    You may use our website to view listings, learn about communities, and contact our agents. You agree not to misuse our website or help anyone else do so.

    In accordance with the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA), you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.   • SMS/Text Message Communications
    By checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website forms or by replying YES to an opt-in request from our team, you provide express written consent to receive text messages from Premier Realty Group of West TN LLC at the phone number you provided.
